Internship information
FO department – guest relations officer
Typical Working Day
Five working days a week, the off days will be depended on the occupancy.
Overtime will be taken as compensation leaves.
Regular Tasks Undertaken by intern:
1. Attends to guest’s complaints, inquiries and requests, referees problems to manager if he/she unable to
Assist.
2. Does everything possible to ensure that the guests depart the hotel with a positive impression of hotel
Service.
3. Assists Guest Relations in greeting, rooming, and sending off VIP guests..
4. Promotes inter-hotel sales and in-house facilities.
5. Ensures VIPs and priority club guests receive special attention.
Basic Requirements from the intern
1. Fluent spoken and writing in English.
2. Full of enthusiasm at guest relation, willing to learn and willing to dedicate.
3. Good communication skills.
4. Good computer skills.
5. Deal with work pressure professionally.

- De formation en tourisme ou hôtellerie
- Parler anglais couramment
